Materials Distribution Manager Jobs in Illinois

Several years of experience in automotive materials management, procurement, or supply chain roles.

Knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques.

Continuously evaluate and improve materials management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Familiarity with materials management software and tools.

7+ years of experience as Material Manager (including production planning, inventory management, purchasing, vendor management, and logistics)

Proficiency in Epicor is preferred, but experience with ERP software is a must.

APICS - CPIM certification required.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business, management or related field

Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to meet the company’s business growth and sourcing requirements.
