Overview Material Control Technician I is responsible for managing the inventory of materials and supplies in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. They are responsible for ensuring that the right amount of materials and supplies are available when needed, and that they are stored in a safe and secure manner. They may also be responsible for tracking inventory levels, ordering new materials and supplies, and maintaining accurate records. Detailed Job Description Material Control Technician I is responsible for managing the inventory of materials and supplies in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. They are responsible for ensuring that the right amount of materials and supplies are available when needed, and that they are stored in a safe and secure manner. They may also be responsible for tracking inventory levels, ordering new materials and supplies, and maintaining accurate records. They must be able to identify and troubleshoot any issues related to inventory control, and must be able to work with a variety of people, including vendors, customers, and other departments.
