Marketplace Policy Manager I Jobs

Provides support to Medical Directors and Implementation Team during client implementation regarding policy configuration issues. This includes research and issue management.

Manages project timeline effectively to meet monthly deadlines and notifies the appropriate individual(s) of risks to the timeline.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Health plan operations experience working with medical policies, edits, or claims.

High standards with extreme attention to detail, and facilitation skills to ensure clear decisions

Knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS coding and basic medical terminology

3+ years of experience developing and supporting implementation of content policies (aka Trust & Safety Policy, Community Policy, User Policy…).

Ability to autonomously manage and prioritize multiple complex policy projects across all stages of the development and implementation lifecycle.

Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior Trust & Safety Ops experience is a plus

Scoping, researching, drafting, and coordinating the launch of new policies and policy updates, aligned with company goals and stakeholder priorities.

Performs general food preparation duties using standardized recipes and procedures.

Cleans preparation area and equipment.

Performs general cooking, food preparation, and serving meals using standardized recipes and procedures

Cleans and sanitizes cooking area according to standard sanitation procedures

Checks food against predetermined quality prior to service
