Ensure inventory management guidelines are being followed by stocking and rotating inventory levels and making necessary adjustments

Education- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

Work experience- Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience

Lead and manage staff, labor, and vendors to achieve established safety, financial and production goals.

Responsible for maintaining staff discipline during the shift and communicate to Shift Manager as needed.

Supervise and ensure smooth execution of gates activities and diligently manage exceptions with the Gate manager.

Leads other responsibilities/projects/initiatives as required.

Collaboration - Ability to exchange and adapt skills when working together across boundaries

Work closely with sales and account management teams to ensure client implementations are built for success

Project management - highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

Setup and manage experiments to determine the optimal client setup

BA/BS degree with technical experience with HTML/CSS, JSON, XML is required, with some familiarity with API integrations

Experience with Jira, digital marketing platforms (e.g. adwords, Doubleclick) and analytics tools (e.g. Tableau) are a plus

Campaign and front end technical set up, review, troubleshooting, and optimization

Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance or related experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree with 0-1 years of relevant work experience, preferred

Work: Hybrid Model, 3 days in office & 2 days from home.

Monitor, leverage and improve Performance KPI's to maximize service & drive business decisions.

• Ensure quality, on-time relevant information is in place to ensure transparency and visibility for internal partners.

• Upon requests, provide input from order books to x-functional teams to enable decision making processes.

Support the Senior Manager, Marketplace Seller Operations in ensuring successful execution of the Marketplace business strategy.

Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance or related experience preferred

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skilled with analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Alteryx, SQL etc.)

Data modeling and forecasting experience

Supply Chain and Retail Knowledge preferred

Experience working in an agile team preferred

Minimum of 1year relevant work experience. Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance, or related experience preferred

Keep up to date on systems functionality (SAP, Event Manager, Cognos)
