Market Development Lead Jobs in Florida

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

1-5+ years of consulting, retail, warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or equivalent experience

Knowledge of financial statements and KPIs, or willingness to learn

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable in ambiguous situations, adaptable, and can lead in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Willingness to travel within the greater Tampa area and work face-to-face with a variety of stakeholders and partners

Provide overall Market P&L management and leadership with budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, trends, projections and analytics

5 or more years of finance and/or accounting experience, or equivalent

Responsible for financial analysis, identification of month end financial drivers, and forecasting including headcount planning to ensure compliance with state requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

2 or more years of project leadership experience

Experience advising senior leadership on financial strategies

Provides excellent client relationship management and customer service to key client stakeholders.

Highly efficient in time management and can meet deadlines under pressure.

Proficiency in non-profit fiscal and strategic management preferred.

Understands JDRF portfolio of offerings and how those offerings relate to donor needs.

High degree of energy, integrity, courage, empathy, and creativity. High emotional IQ. Superior active listening, analytical, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Existing knowledge of and network of relationships in the territory preferred.
