Project Management/Business Relationship Management qualification (BRMP).

Manage relationship with assigned customers, act as primary contact for all assigned customer needs.

Manage all client change requests through the delivery process from initial estimating through to deployment.

Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

Manage complex multi-tier customer relationship.

Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

Adhere to PMO and SDLC methodology, addressing change management and audit requirements.

Create, justify and manage the overall budget for the IT Business Relationship Management team.

Provide energy, inspiration, and motivation to the IT Business Relationship Management team.

Provides recommendations to all levels of management.

Build relationships with key influencers and decision makers and increase confidence in team’s value and trust in IT-managed systems.

Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align technology to business goals.

Knowledge and experience in finance, specifically in emerging markets area and corporate finance

Manage a portfolio of existing clients and prospecting for new technology industry clients

10+ years of banking experience, business origination/sales, credit and product training, preferably with money center banks

Client Banking Tech industry work experience is preferred

Advanced knowledge of credit analysis
