Overview A manager is a professional who is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of people. Managers are responsible for developing and implementing strategies and policies related to the effective management of employees and the achievement of organizational goals. Detailed Job Description Managers are responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of a team of employees. They must ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively to achieve the organization's goals. Managers must also provide guidance and support to employees, as well as ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed. Managers must also be able to communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
