5 years of work experience. 2yrs Management Consulting, Investment banking, Big Tech or similar experience in a Strategy & Operations role

Self-starter with strong collaboration and project management skills to achieve business goals

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relations with management of all levels, colleagues, and other strategic partners.

Lead strategic initiatives centered around RWE/RWD/Clinical Trials, from identification through to launch and product life cycle management

Coordinate with business leads and key stakeholders to develop process maps, coordinate program management, capability enhancements and product/project prioritization

Help drive a cohesive approach aligning commercial strategy to change management activities including communications planning, training and stakeholder management.

Experience in management consulting strongly preferred

Analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities in finance and business subjects

Serve as project manager for initiatives impacting Center Operations

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience with business case development and financial modeling

Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik

Lead ad hoc projects as determined by your Senior Manager or Director

Manage and grow external relationships with our top integration partners

Strong relationship/negotiation skills - you build trust quickly and maintain it easily

Executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Measure the impact of the strategies you execute in order to drive continuous improvement across the business.

Problem-solving expertise (you start with root cause and tailor solutions accordingly)

Completed Studies in one of the following: Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, Business or Information Management

Create and maintain a self-service knowledge base to educate teams and allow ready access to SOPs, process maps, etc

Exceptional analytical skills required, especially within Excel / data visualization tools

Strong analytical and organization skills including ability to document and analyze business processes

Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company

Experience with NetSuite, Looker or Optimization tools is a plus
