Facilitation of the connection to key stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, IT, Procurement, Legal, etc.).

Development of resources through cross-functional sharing and project experience.

Training, education, and maintenance of project controls standards and procedures

3+ years’ experience in project controls and scheduling, field/project engineering

Introductory knowledge of project controls principles related to industrial construction

10+ years’ experience in product management, project management, marketing, sales, process improvement, engineering, or related field.

Proven project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.

Experience in large-scale strategic execution, program management, process improvement and change management roles.

Strong analytical, organization, time management and multi‐tasking skills.

Provide leadership and management of cross-functional teams to drive key strategic initiatives

Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
