Manager Of Sales Recruiting Jobs

Experience with professional selling skills desired: opening, probing, supporting, closing

Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks; strong organization and presentation skills

Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings and any other functions required by management.

High School diploma or equivalent required with at least 2 years Hotel Sales experience preferred.

Must be proficient in general computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office products

Develop a full working knowledge of the operations and policies of the hotel and applicable departments.

Ability to work with all levels of legal, management, and administrative personnel in a highly effective and professional manner.

Lead due diligence, onboarding, and integration efforts for lateral partners, working closely with Conflicts, Finance, HR, IT, and other firmwide departments.

Strong knowledge of recruiting technology such as viRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Leopard List.

Experience in Visio a plus.

Excellent attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated with strong initiative skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Prior recruiting/talent management experience preferred

Work with managers to establish an agreed upon regular meeting cadence to ensure communication, and follow through

Partner with managers for initial calls, follow up and/or meeting with targeted agents

Assemble talking points to assist managers on various topics such as SIR’s value proposition, prospecting for recruits and overcoming objections

For pre-approved prospects, contact, engage and facilitate the recruitment process while keeping appropriate manager abreast of progress and status
