•Manage contact lists and database of partners

•For events, manage registration process, interfacing frequently with partners on attendee registration and provide post-event reporting

•Manage site where individual donations are made, keep all necessary records and report out to team

Experienced in program or exhibit development, museum interpretation, and working with multigenerational audiences

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

5 years experience in program or exhibit development and audience engagement required.

Manage partnerships with Carnegie Hall, Parsons the New School of Design, the Alliance’s hotel partner, and other relevant vendors

Manage communications with all national winners.

In collaboration with senior leadership, implement organizational strategy around adjudication criteria.

Curate and schedule virtual and in-person events for national award winners and their families;

Liaise with Scholastic Inc. team on the production of the Scholastic Awards National Ceremony;

Directly supervise a team of two as well as seasonal, temporary staff members.

The Manager of Education and Programs will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Support First Nations Australian artists, curators and knowledge holders by amplifying their voices locally and globally

Managing two Visitor Experience Associates that staff the museum on weekends

Providing an educational perspective in the development of exhibition text and didactics

Evaluate the museum visitor experience via surveys and focus groups and work to improve it

In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners such as elected officials, tenant associations, property management, and SHF's tenancy

Strong strategic thinking and planning skills; experience developing strategies in the face of ambiguity and change

Work closely with Asset Managers on managing the services component of SHF's properties

With Program Directors, Asset Managers and the Controller, create and monitor community programming budgets

Experience leading and developing a high performing team
