Experience providing direction to cross-functional teams.

Partner closely with teams across Dropbox to align development with cross-platform initiatives and ensure consistency of our experiences cross-platform and cross-products.

BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, Applied Math or Statistics, or relevant experience.

4+ years of PM experience working on platform/foundational products.

Strong technical abilities and a track record of working through complex technical problems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills that solve technical and operational problems for our users to enable foundation innovation.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Reliability Engineering, Facilities Management or property management preferred

Perform additional duties/assignments as may be required by management.

Identify and deploy best practices in Reliability and Storeroom Management across the network.

Maintain client relationships and own overall end-to-end customer service experience.

Establish site and Site Manager goals and conduct performance appraisals/reviews.

Must have solid knowledge of building/ mechanical, electrical systems (MEP)

Work order scheduling and management

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent work experience

5 or more years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing and/or reliability environment

5 or more years of experience in reliability and/or maintenance

Experience with reliability analysis tools

Experience in heavy manufacturing or extrusion industry required

Proven change management skills involving difficult conditions and urgent timelines (complex business processes, people, teams and functions).

Advanced skills in SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management Modules

Active member of Site Management Team, influencing discussions, strategy and driving actions that sustain excellent reliability performance across the site.

Work management processes are mature and effective, resulting in maximum Schedule Compliance

Provide analysis to identify reactive work practices and use change management to transition to proactive

Ensure site maintains constant awareness of performance and that it is part of the management culture.

Strong understanding of Network Domain fundamentals, good knowledge in Network Asset and Configuration management processes

Interface and communicate with project team, management and stakeholders.

Strong programming skills with minimum of 5 years hands-on Python experience

Analytical skills and problem-solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously

Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible and Itential or similar tools

Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools

8+ years of experience in Program management in a technical discipline/industry.

Project management experience (PMP desired), including planning, process development and execution. 

Act as a role model and a champion for Teladoc Health’s values, operational excellence, and project management practices.

Prior experience coordinating with business partners to effectively communicate requirements, drive execution and deliver results. 

Manage expectations with a cross-functional leadership team on a weekly basis.

Efficiently manage and lead team meetings to drive decisions and identify action items critical to project success.  

Provide technical support to operations, maintenance management and technical personnel

5+ years of experience as a Reliability Program Manager or equivalent

Ability to lead others in a technical role and interact with all levels of management

Manage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver goods and services against contracts and expectations

Support the Sr/Maintenance Managers in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the sites as requested

Lead continuous improvement events and generate cost savings that exceed site performance goals. QUALIFICATIONS
