Prior experience in the hospitality industry (Parking, Restaurants, Hotels, etc) is preferred.

Excellent overall computer skills with advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office software.

Implements a 360-degree approach to Guest and Member experience management to drive long term engagement and loyalty

Minimum 3-5 years experience in hospitality, winery, or restaurant management

Proven sales management skills with a track record of delivering positive business results

Works with our Customer Experience Team and Estate Hosts to manage reservations and seating.

Works to constantly streamline and improve business operations through on-going process and people management

Has passion for and pursues the knowledge and skill required to deliver unparalleled results

5-8 years of project management and related experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Basic Requirements for the Event Assistant Positions:

Working as part of our outbound events team to spread brand awareness

Helping to attract new customers and donors on behalf of our clients

Providing additional event support and creative ideas to maximize our events

Providing high levels of in-person customer support at our events

Work collaboratively with team members to manage territories

Train in multiple facets of our business: sales, marketing, promotions, recruiting, administration, and more

High School Diploma or GED

Must pass a Background Check

Precepts food service management dietetic interns

Certified Dietary Manager certification required or obtained within 1 year of hire

Familiar with informatics tools and software used in nutrition data management, analysis, and decision support

Effectively manages nutrition technicians and nutrition informatics dietitian with an understanding of nutrition science

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Working knowledge of IDDSI standards, MNT diets, and food allergens
