Manager Corporate Security Jobs

5 - 7 years of corporate security/life safety experience at management level

Responsible for the selection, training, supervision and management of the Corporate Office Security associates

Develops and drives crisis management plans for Burlington Facilities, Corporate facilities and Buying Offices

Certified Threat Manager (CTM) certification by the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) preferred

Lead and own all responsibilities related to Fire Safety and Emergency Action Plans

Support Fire/Life Safety efforts on behalf of the organization as directed by Sr. Manager/Director

Excellent communication skills at all levels of management in both oral and written scenarios.

Must be familiar with access control systems and functions, CCTV, guard force management, security operations and functions.

General managerial, administrative, and planning skills.

Budget, forecast, and manage contracts for the activities above.

Hire and manage contract/proprietary guard force personnel for day-to-day operations and special events.

Skill to work collaboratively with other corporate functions including Human Resources, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Transportation, and others.

Project management best practices and strong organizational skills

Highly developed relationship management, influencing and leadership skills.

Above average written report and presentation abilities, including defining KPIs, analyzing data, trending, and contribute information for business cases

Experience providing corporate oversight of an automated mass notification program

Education – Requires an undergraduate degree in security or a related field from an accredited university

Minimum of 5+ years of corporate security experience within a global manufacturing (or related industry) corporate security function

Demonstrates strong organizational, time management, and administration skills.

Knowledge of security technologies, such as access control, mass communication, and CCTV and Visitor Management systems preferred.

Effectively manages additional duties and projects while providing our customers with professional and effective security services.

Minimum of 2+ years of Security Officer experience in large corporate environment, security operations center, hospitality, and/or applicable military experience.

Experience producing reports and communicating in a timely basis.

Proven ability to manage in a critical environment and maintain standards.

Administration experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Workday, Salesforce etc) or endpoint management solutions

Provide architecture guidance to influence secure designs and roadmaps for effective risk management

Operate and enhance our workforce identity capabilities, including single sign-on and MFA (we use Okta)

Assist in the development of security policies, requirements, and guidelines to address corporate risk

Experience administering enterprise security and identity platforms, including Okta and Crowdstrike

Demonstrates an ability to multitask with strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Manages and administers physical security operations at company offices throughout assigned area of responsibility.

Demonstrates solid interpersonal skills, professional judgment, problem-solving skills, and an ability to handle and direct personnel in stressful situations.

Professional Certification or ability to get attain certification within 1 yr. (PSP, CPP, BASA / FASA)

8+ years in Electronic/Technical Security Systems

1+ years managing a team to the accomplishment of set objectives

5+ years effective using Microsoft Suite of applications

CPP, APP, PCI, or PSP certified

Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects or situations with cross functional partners with varying priorities and viewpoints.
