Direct the efficient administration of the department and carry out the management responsibilities of planning, controlling, leading subordinates, and reporting

Conduct management review meetings in accordance with ISO 9000 standards

Maintain ANSI, CSA, etc., certification status

8+ years’ work experience in a Quality function

Experience with molding compounding required; experience with Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) highly desirable

Provide leadership and strategic direction across the Casa Grande Vikrell facility, including occasionally interfacing with our customers

Advanced knowledge of structured problem solving (Black Belt certification preferred or similar experience)

Project management skills including scoping, problem statements, goal definition, and timeline management

Experience leading and influencing a team with common or shared goal, providing direction and coaching for performance and development

Experience with performance metrics and process improvement

Senior Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in quality management and improvement methodologies.

Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen).

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly desirable.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Establish and maintain quality management systems and standards across the organization.

· Leads implementation and management of Quality systems

· 5+ years' experience Manufacturing Environment, preferable within a Process Industry

· 5+ years of work experience in Continuous Improvement (driving change, leading Kaizen and meeting/exceeding KPIs)

· Ability to motivate and energize the team for quality improvement through strong interpersonal and leadership skills

· Leads the quality improvement goals and objectives

· Leads and coordinates the use of a common continuous improvement project selection and priority setting process

Investigates customer complaints and collaborates with other members of production management to determine root causes of complaints

Is responsible for leading the weekly Quality Management System and Environmental Management System (EMS) meetings.

Direct quality of care studies (based on targeted areas for quality management and quality improvement)
