Detailed Job Description The Manager of Case Management is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the case management department. This includes managing the staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that the department meets all regulatory and accreditation standards. The Manager of Case Management will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to the case management staff, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in case management
• Certification in case management preferred

• Knowledge of case management principles and practices
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Knowledge of community resources
• Knowledge of medical terminology
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in case management
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Experience working with a diverse population
