Alongside Finance team, oversee investor and lender reporting, cash management activities, and distribution.

Minimum 7+ years of multifamily asset management experience.

Proven success in budgeting, financial management, team development, and performance management.

Make recommendations on capital events including the sale or refinance of OakPoint’s multifamily assets and oversee the execution of those efforts.

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to multifamily properties, ensuring compliance with all regulations, safety standards, and insurance coverage.

Collaborate with VP of Investment Operations and General Counsel in negotiating multifamily contracts, agreements, and any litigation or legal matters.

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

Serves as a member of the Safety Committee and promotes Safety Management Systems (SMS).

Works well under pressure, guiding their team and liaising with senior management and regulatory authorities.

Reviews each department’s training standards to ensure they will meet the requirements established by the SVP Continuing Airworthiness.

Proven experience in creating and leading successful teams.

Extensive knowledge of aircraft FAA, EASA, and international regulations.
