Work with Project Managers and Project Engineer

Coordinate job needs with Project Manager

10+ years of experience in ground up construction

Experience with Multifamily Construction is a plus

Experience dealing with clients and leading a team

Basic computer and mathematical skills

Education or experience in mechanical or electrical engineering including knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, carpentry and roofing work.

Prior maintenance or engineering experience in a multi-building environment, preferably in a management position.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

Maintains the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and utilizes the data for determining employee performance outcomes and predicting future capital projects.

Preference will be given to educational or institutional experience.

At least five (5) years of progressively more responsible work experience in facilities maintenance.

Education reimbursement program of up to $7,500 per year

Minimum three (3) years related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
