Maintain a library of HB specific seasonal product offerings, master specs, and design standards.

Manages technical designs of all products from design to the factories.

Manage the selection of materials with the materials team each season.

6-8 years of design experience within accessories

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Skills to multitask and manage competing calendar deadlines

2-3 years of design experience within Handbags and/or Accessories

Experience communicating the development with factories

Strong knowledge of handbag construction in both leather and alternative non-leather materials.

Understand the Michael Kors aesthetic and translate it into brand relevant product.

3+ years construction/site work experience is required

Knowledge of blueprints, pipe and trenching safety is required

1 hour Certification for Excavations (can obtain once hired)
