Residential Luxury Project Manager

We are looking for a Luxury Home Project Manager with five or more years of experience to work for our luxury, custom home building company. The ideal candidate will have experience in new home construction projects and is interested in working with clients to develop construction documents, prepare bidding packages, manage a project and oversee the construction of our homes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced superintendent who wants to join one of the finest home building companies in the state. Although seasoned we are a growing organization with flexible hours and a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of all homebuilding codes.
• Knowledge of homebuilding and construction processes.
• Be able to know and apply safety standards.
• Will need to be able to do takeoffs for materials.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities involved in building our custom homes.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Dropbox and BuilderTrend is preferred.
• We the level of quality in our homes, excellent customer service skills is necessary.
• High School diploma is required. Construction Management degree is preferred but not required.
• Our team has worked years together and expect applicant to be a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
