Manage all purchase orders and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date

2+ years of experience in a shipping or logistics role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work closely with customer service to manage loads

Knowledge in transportation principles and function

Strong oral and written communication skills and initiative

Knowledge of computerized logistics systems and PC software

1-3 years of transportation/shipping experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Manually receives loads not on ASN

Manage shipping risks to avoid incurring penalties, warranty repairs or other charges that may have substantial financial impact

Provide technical direction and advise to project/program manager

Understanding international requirements in all aspects including documentation, taxes or levies impose that could cause impacts to meeting delivery dates

Bachelors degree in Logistics and minimum 5 years of experience in operational and/or customer facing commercial roles

Minimum 3 years of previous experience preferred

Proven international shipping and logistics experience

Undertakes contingency and risk management on the ground, liaises with Customer Service, Examiner or Venue Staff to ensure alignment on communications

Ensure effective and efficient delivery of Exams within a small or remote exams office location

Manage Venue Staff engagement, relationship, and performance

Co-ordinate and manage any risk or issue resolution, including co-ordination of customer communication directly or through customer services

Experience working in a busy operational environment delivering high levels of customer service.

Experience of supporting in the delivery of computer-based exams

Manages the completion, organization, and maintenance of all transactions, paperwork, reports, records, and documentation to meet compliance standards and business requirements.

4-8+ years of related experience in a shipping logistics role with international responsibilities (import/export).

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements, with emphasis on finished goods inventory control and transportation.

Supports customer service and shipping departments to ensure documentation, packaging, and other customer requirements are noted and completed as necessary.

Experience in life science, biopharma, or related industry is preferred.

Experience supporting operations in a multi-site, multinational manufacturing environment is desired
