3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, sourcing, procurement, and project management

Strong email management and prioritization skills

4+ years of purchasing, procurement and/or logistic experience, preferred in manufacturing industry

Job title: Service Operations and Logistics Manager

Compensation: $65,000 + Benefits listed below

• 5+ years of successful operational and supervisory experience with fleet and warehousing environment.

• 10 or 30 Hour Safety Certification a Plus.

Location: Onsite – Delray Beach, FL

• Oversee receiving, storage, and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.

Adhering to safety management standards.

Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.

Securing loads to machine before transportation.

Inspecting load prior to ship or load to rack system

Operating and managing technical equipment.

Managing inventory by scanning equipment.

Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

Collaborate with management to determine needs and delivery schedules.

Solicits bids, analyze quotes, and recommend to management the best overall vendor.

Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related area or equivalent experience. A master’s degree is a plus.

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies

Manhattan Beach, CA (Hybrid Work – In Office and Remote) is preferred.

Well-developed problem solving and customer service skills as well as proven project management abilities

Minimum of 7 years of purchasing, inventory control and management experience

Manages day-to-day purchasing activities. Places orders in the purchasing system and assures receipt by vendors of orders placed.

Ensures that direct reports are meeting performance standards. Manage KPI’s for department to ensure world class service to all institution-wide departments.

Develops, leads and executes purchasing strategies. Researches and manages the implementation of effective purchasing, invoicing, and collecting processes.

Establishes and maintains institution-wide purchasing policies. Manages bidding processes as needed.

Strong knowledge of purchasing practices, strategy and negotiation.

Approximately 6 years of related experience.

3-5 years of experience in project management

Present budgets to Finance and/or Leadership Team for program approval

Experience in one or more of the following categories is required: hair care, skin care, color cosmetics, fragrance.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be clear and concise.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Track pending consignments and analyze root causes to take corrective actions

To plan & execute the various activities related to the Jewellery Trunkshows organized across NA

To identify & engage with various vendors involved in the trunkshow events

Manage stock takes and audit requirements.

5 years of relevant industry experience in purchasing, inventory management, and logistics required

Experience with customs and compliance requirements is a plus

Data Entry: Accurate data entry and typing skills.

Project Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to fine detail.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or proven experience and success working in directly related capacity for the job position preferred

Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate on behalf of the company.

Minimum of 3+ years in a project management leadership role or similar field

Strong business acumen to oversee all aspects of project management processes
