Respond to feedback from Internal Quality Assurance and other reporting requirements.

Tenured Auditor: Typically, a minimum of 5 years of underwriting and/or audit experience within the mortgage industry.

Previous compliance experience is a plus.

Exceptional organizational skills are essential.

Basic/advanced knowledge of mortgage documents, formats, procedures, and guidelines.

Validate data integrity through the Automated Underwriting System.

Recommends management actions or alternatives when the analysis of financial documents discloses unfavorable trends, situations or deviations.

Assists management in applying financial data and analysis to solve administrative and operating problems.

Education: Undergraduate studies in accounting, finance or business administration; accounting major and degree preferred.

Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

Have the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline driven environment.

Prepares and analyzes the most complex pro forma financial data required for compliance with new requirements.

At least 1 year of experience in bank operations at a Bank or Financial Institution.

1 or more years’ loan operational experience preferred.

Must have moderate knowledge of all types of all types of entity documentation.

Strong critical thinking skills with ability to solve complex problems independently.

High school diploma/GED and 3 years business office and customer service experience;

Associates degree and one year of relevant customer service experience;

Have skill in using multiple computer screens and serving customers by phone and in person.

Have basic knowledge of standard office equipment.

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; college degree preferred.

No experience required, 1+ years' experience in commercial operations preferred.

Works closely with commercial loan team members to:

Maintain proper documentation as needed on all loan files.

In collaboration with PMCF management, supports the planning, execution and management of schedules for PMCF activities.

Manages internal and external project materials and timelines.

Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of related work experience in a clinical/scientific field.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Collaborates to create and maintain documentation (such as plans, protocols, reports) for PMCF surveys, focus groups, and retrospective data reviews.
