About The Role
Come join BSC’s Urology Clinical Sciences organization where we partner together to advance Urology for patients. We are looking for a Post Market Clinical Research Specialist I to join our Urology Post-Market Clinical Follow-up (PMCF) team.
The Post Market Clinical Research Specialist I is responsible for supporting Post Market Clinical Follow Up (PMCF) activities globally. This role supports key commercialized products by developing and executing post market clinical activities and driving evidence strategies. This role works collaboratively on the development and maintenance of schedules to support PMCF throughout the product life cycle including creation and maintenance of documentation for PMCF activities. The role supports physician contracts and payments as required.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Communicates and collaborates directly with physicians and sites to plan and execute on PMCF activities.
- Supports collaboration with Sales team to identify physicians and sites to participate in PMCF activities.
- Collaborates to create and maintain documentation (such as plans, protocols, reports) for PMCF surveys, focus groups, and retrospective data reviews.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Clinical Risk, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Medical Safety, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Compliance to design and execute PMCF activities.
- Manages internal and external project materials and timelines.
- In collaboration with PMCF management, supports the planning, execution and management of schedules for PMCF activities.
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of related work experience in a clinical/scientific field.
- Quality Assurance experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Clinical Trial/ Research experience.
- Medical Device Regulation knowledge.
- Spreadsheet and database experience.
