At least 1 year of experience in bank operations at a Bank or Financial Institution.

1 or more years’ loan operational experience preferred.

Must have moderate knowledge of all types of all types of entity documentation.

Strong critical thinking skills with ability to solve complex problems independently.

Proficiency in database management, Excel, SAP, and other software programs.

Apply customs and trade regulations to address import/export compliance issues, including tariff classification, Customs valuation, FDA inquiries, and other regulatory requirements.

Learn and apply import/export regulations to support business requirements.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, international business, or a related field is preferred.

Specialize in import and/or export activities based on site/division needs.

Assign HTSUS codes and/or ECCN classifications and resolve import/export compliance issues according to 19 CFR and 15 CFR.

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Perform routine data entry and validation tasks

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Knowledgeable in electronic Document Repositories and LMS (Learning Management Systems).

Pharmaceutical GMP's – strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory knowledge is a requirement.

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience required.

3-5 or more years of related experience in cGMP/FDA regulated industry.

TrackWise knowledge is a plus.

Oversight of the revision process of existing SOPs in time to support Manufacturing Strategy.

Handle customer inquiries on account status and requirements, triages technical questions.

Review and request data to adhere to regulatory requirements.
