Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or work-related experience

3-5 years of relevant job experience, ideally with prior experience working within the education software industry, preferred

Prepares accurate loan packages for review and approval by Commission management, the Loan Committee, or the Commission.

Knowledge of Microsoft Security using Active Directory, Azure Administration, and Microsoft 365 online groups.

Experience in the development of technical user documentation.

•Ensures all loan files are labeled in accordance with the Bureau's records management requirements.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

General Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of related experience.

•Process check collections for direct loans, assigned guaranteed loans and premium payments in Financial System and subsystem.

•Process accruals of interest, penalties, and administrative fees for direct and assigned guaranteed loans.

•Process IPAC collections for direct loans and assigned guaranteed loans and send receipts for collections.

Attention to detail and strong project management skills

Work with Executive management, Operations, Project management, Sales, and Controls on client projects, expectations and deliveries.

Maintains a working knowledge of new technologies to improve Applications design and quoting time

Fill in as Project Manager when required or assigned

Manages all kick-off meetings with Engineering & Controls once a project is approved

To prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Solid understanding of revenue cycle management or experience in billing operations is essential.

• Knowledge of professional fee billing operations and experience with Epic's Resolute PB/HB system is highly beneficial.

• Certification in Resolute Professional Billing/Hospital Billing is preferred but not required.

This role is not open to third party vendors.

Perform internal audits for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the management system and compliance to regulatory requirements
