Looking for senior writer, with previous advertising agency experience and experience working with the small to medium business customer.

We need an experienced marketing copywriter to help us drive an industry-leading customer experience across multiple digital marketing channels.

Copywriter responsibilities and duties :

Partner with email program managers to support marketing activities and ensure consistency among multiple email programs.

Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications

• Manage lexical and phrasal transcriptions and related metadata.

• Knowledge of phonetics, phonology, sociolinguistics, dialectology and other areas of linguistics.

• Knowledge of prescriptive writing and punctuation conventions for at least one language.

• Knowledge of syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, corpus linguistics, and other areas of linguistics

• Experience with language annotation or other forms of data markup and tagging

• Experience working with speech and text data in multiple languages

Willingness to take directions from all levels of management

Basic mechanical and plumbing skills including knowledge of the corresponding tools in these trades

Use of CMMS system software for work order management (PC & Mobile based)

Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally

A solid commitment to the guest experience

Communication skills to translate basic technical information to those with and without a technical background

8+ years of marketing experience

Deep knowledge of testing platforms and tools (e.g. Google Suite: Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner, Hotjar, Intellimize/Mutiny or equivalent)

Experience in monthly close activities in a deadline-driven environment

ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle EBS and/or SAP

Partnering with Corporate Business Partners and FP&A to understand activities which drive the US GAAP accounting

Preparing monthly JEs and account reconciliations related to the accounting for Corporate, SaaS, Employee Compensation, and other accounting areas
