2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally with a focus on Life Science customers.

1+ years of experience in real estate finance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):

Basic lab skills (i.e. pipetting, dilutions) and knowledge of sterile lab conditions.

General understanding of scientific principles. Demonstrated performance to use knowledge and skills when needed.

Plan approach to experiments in support of research projects in lab and/or field based on knowledge of scientific theory.

Previous experience with basic cell culture, cell and molecular biology techniques such as PCR and Western Blots.

Knowledge of laboratory safety rules and procedures.

As a Senior Manager you will meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with an outstanding academic record

Implements and enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction Management

Reviews status and project progress with the Project Manager and client representatives on a regular basis. Large projects include multiple Superintendents.

Ensures safety standards and requirements are implemented and adhered to by craftsmen and others when operating tools and equipment.

Analyzes manpower, material, equipment requirements, and interfaces the requirements with others as designated by supervising superintendent.

5+ years of field experience in Life Science projects.

Experience should include some supervisory responsibility as a General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
