Life Actuarial Associate I – Life Pricing Jobs in Ohio

You will review the premium, loss and expense experience of the company

Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance or similar quantitative field.

1+ year of pricing actuarial experience.

1 + years GLM modeling experience.

1+ years experience with database tools like SAS or Alteryx.

Offer to selected candidate will be made contingent on the results of applicable background checks.

5% - Performs special projects as directed by management and other related duties as required.

Working knowledge of the insurance industry. One to two years of experience preferred.

Solid written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Studies in general business, finance, marketing, accounting, data analytics or management.

Demonstrated ability in project management.

Proactively manages the quality of own work.

Develop thoughtful recommendations specific to each client’s unique requirements and constraints.

1-5 years related work experience in Economics, mathematics, data and analytics, statistics, and actuarial science.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including a strong sense of personal accountability.
