At least 5 years’ prior experience in corporate law, operations, project or program management preferably in a global setting.

Champion change management and communication within the department and with internal stakeholders and others.

Identify core and extended project team with the right level and type of experience.

Anticipate and identify industry developments and advancements; and ensuring continuous improvement in the department’s technological capabilities and identifying potential solutions.

Familiarity with contract terms and conditions. Experience managing IT projects in complex global environments.

Effective negotiation and conflict management/risk mitigation skills.

Gather, analyze and articulate high-level business capabilities and requirements

Develop new skills and capabilities, e.g., products, technology platforms

Prioritize, maintain, and elevate employee experience throughout the transformation process

5 years experience working on enterprise business and IT strategy and transformation projects. Agency experience is a strong plus.

Strong organizational and business analysis skills.
