Salaries for these types of roles are currently ranging from $90,000 - $110,000

Essential Job Functions- Duties and Responsibilities

8+ years of experience as a legal assistant or operations manager, or comparable legal administration and/or management

Demonstrated experience of standardizing legal processes and administering contract, budget management, and legal matter management systems

Litigation Support: Oversee and manage paralegal responsible for cost effective litigation support and e-discovery processes and policies.

High level of experience managing various legal administrative tasks with ease

Strong PowerPoint, G-suite and Excel skills

Prior experience working directly with key partners throughout an organization including senior leadership, commercial sales & marketing, customer service and HR

Help build and generate internal reporting on invoice aging, matter management, forecasting, firm reviews, and alternative fee agreements

Provide project support, reporting and analysis as requested in relation to outside counsel management and legal operations

Resolve complex billing issues by working across multiple teams within PayPal, such as Accounts Payable, Finance, and Tax

5+ years of work experience in a legal billing environment; experience working with large in-house legal team preferred
