Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel and other data manipulation tools

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling

Experience and familiarity with BI reporting tools and building dashboards in Tableau or any other visualization tool is ideal

Experience with customer success tools, i.e Zendesk, and customer success metrics, i.e SLAs and CSAT, is a plus

Manage and maintain internal databases for entity and document management.

Prior experience with trading/legal documentation and knowledge of the industry.

2+ years of experience at a legal firm, hedge fund or top tier firm.

Assist with a variety of daily tasks related to onboarding counterparties and KYC requests

Daily interaction between traders, operations, accounting, custodians, and brokers.

Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation

Proficient or experienced with client management software

Analytical skills to process large amounts of data. Experience with cases involving large amounts of data preferred

Manage a proprietary database that has constant and consistent growth both with respect to client data and software.

Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the firm

Self-driven, and motivated; good communicator; skillful in juggling multiple requests
