5 years of experience supporting digital solutions for a law firm or corporate law group

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Legal functional operations of key Law anchor applications including training and managing functional support ticket queues

Fluent with O365 suite of tools

Working directly with end users

Providing training and creating training materials

Proven experience (3+ years) in data management, data operations, or a similar role.

Data Management: Oversee data integrity, quality, and accuracy by monitoring, analyzing, and resolving data issues across various systems and databases.

Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality management.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data management platforms (e.g., ETL tools, data warehouses).
