Demonstrated experience with project and prioritization management

Gather or provide requirements for the developers, test the changes, and manage the changes.

Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time, deadlines, and competing priorities

Manage upgrades and enhancements and ensure business continuity.

Promote the use of our Legal Intranet and tools continually and consistently to offer resources and increase regular user adoption

Moderate experience using Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook and Excel

Provide the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel with budget analysis and management recommendations and incorporate feedback

Capture legal matter costs worldwide to aid active spend management and continue to monitor operational costs for improved budget forecasting accuracy

Legal knowledge or experience in a legal environment (firm or in-house) and demonstrated financial acumen required.

Manage monthly reconciliation and report requests, and quarterly budget estimate updates, and devise and deliver corresponding spend metrics

Strong with oral and written communication skills including familiarity with common legal terminology

Known for strong problem-solving skills and independent judgment

Provide Departmental event management and communications support.

Facility with web-publishing tools, communications platforms, basic project management principles preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1-3 years’ experience preferred.

Extensive experience using Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, as well as Microsoft Access, Project, and SharePoint.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an instinct for efficiency

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
