Overview A Leasing Coordinator is responsible for managing the leasing process for a property or portfolio of properties. This includes coordinating with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders to ensure that all leasing activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Leasing Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all leasing documents are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for managing the leasing process for a property or portfolio of properties. This includes coordinating with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders to ensure that all leasing activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Leasing Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all leasing documents are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Leasing Coordinator is also responsible for negotiating lease terms and conditions, preparing lease documents, and managing tenant relations. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field
