The Lead Teacher Program Lead will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing the Lead Teacher Program, including developing program goals, objectives, and activities.
• Coordinating with school administrators and other stakeholders to ensure that the program meets the needs of the teachers and the school.
• Developing and delivering professional development and training for teachers in the program.
• Monitoring and evaluating the program to ensure that it is meeting its goals and objectives.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Providing guidance and support to teachers in the program.
• Developing and implementing strategies to promote the program and increase participation.
