Duties

As a member of our teaching staff, you will:

• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
• Implement Connect 4 Learning curriculum and State Pre-K requirements in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child; create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• ImplementConnecrt 4 Learning curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Support your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (Required)
• Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Preferred)

Credentials/Certification Requirements

A Georgia's Pre-K Program lead teacher must have one of the following valid and current certificates or credentials listed below. Pre-K providers should carefully review the qualifications and conditions to ensure the lead teacher qualifies to teach in Georgia's Pre-K. All degrees and credentials are verified in the Georgia Professional Development System (GaPDS) by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC). Your PDS account must be rated at 8 or higher and state "Qualified to teach Pre-K."
