The Lead Teacher Program Lead will work closely with teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure that the program is successful and meets the needs of the teachers and the school. The Lead Teacher Program Lead will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing the Lead Teacher Program, including developing program goals, objectives, and activities.
• Coordinating with school administrators and other stakeholders to ensure that the program meets the needs of the teachers and the school.
• Developing and delivering professional development and training for teachers in the program.
• Monitoring and evaluating the program to ensure that it is meeting its goals and objectives.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Providing guidance and support to teachers in the program.
• Developing and implementing strategies to promote the program and increase participation.
