Min. 2 years experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or similar supply chain role, preferably in CPG manufacturing

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to proactively engage others to resolve issues

Advanced knowledge of supply chain/inventory systems, with proficiency for analysis and modeling and creative thinking

Extensive experience in spreadsheet and data analysis

Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and forecast accuracy metrics

Proven experience managing inventory levels and replenishment for a large portfolio of items

Manage the ordering of new product launch items for assigned brands. As well as ordering sufficient inventory for pipeline replenishment.

Ensure that the Supply Chain has the necessary capacities and capabilities to produce the innovations for all assigned sourcing sites.

Manage supplier performance KPI’s and supplier contact strategy (daily, weekly, monthly processes, ways of working and reporting).

Manage excess & obsolete inventory. Optimize inventory to drive improved turns.

5+ years’ experience in Supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of supply chain and planning logic in cosmetics, personal care, and CPG

Functional knowledge of planning, forecasting, purchasing execution and supplier relationship management, along with related supply chain areas.

Manage product flow for maximum inventory efficiency based on supplier capabilities

Manage and enforce supplier compliance requirements such as; accurate lead times, high fill-rates and on-time delivery.

Establish, monitor, and manage supplier delivery plans to achieve desired service levels, minimize stock-outs, working capital expense and delivery costs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills, proficient with Google Office Suite and multiple communication apps

Supplier Management - Manage contract manufacturers and component suppliers to deliver purchase orders on time, in full, on quality

Experience with active negotiation and strong decision-making skills

Build and manage reporting to provide visibility to on hand, excess, obsolete, and vulnerable inventory.

Collaborate with accounting and finance to ensure the proper provision is held based on inventory health and make up.

Purchase Order Cycle - Manage product and material purchase order cycle from purchase to delivery.

2-5 years of relevant and progressive supply chain or procurement experience

Capability to independently analyze and understand problem at hand and derive meaningful plan for improvement and influence management decisions.

5+ years of working experience in the service planning field, preferably planning in SAP

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or relevant areas or equivalent experience.

Language: Excellent English skills on reading, writing, speaking, and listening

Experience with Service planning systems (Prophet by Baxter)

Direct experience with build-to-order and configure-to-order products and associated supply-chain.

Drive Supply Planning and Inventory Management processes for assigned portfolio.

Actively participate in the S&OP process by leading Supply Reviews with Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance partners.

A minimum of 2 years of related work experience.

Experience with Demand/Supply/Inventory Planning systems and processes, preferably SAP APO, is preferred.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a passion for problem solving.

Highly developed organizational skills – able to balance multiple high priority tasks/projects concurrently.

Keeps detailed records, generates reports, and develops presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or other related disciplines

Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning/Purchasing, Inventory Control, or Operations roles

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Beauty industry

Minimum 2 years of experience with Domestic/International logistics including FTL and FCL

Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP systems
