1-2 years of learning management system experience

4-8 years of Instructional Design / e-Learning design/development experience

Experience with Compliance training preferred but not required. Must be creative and have innovative ideas to execute impactful Compliance training solutions.

5-10 years of experience using appropriate authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.) to efficiently deliver the content and responsive eLearning design

5-6 years of Adobe Creative Suite experience, namely Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere

Follows an innovative, clean, intuitive, high-quality and creative approach to eLearning design

You have excellent project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Partner with program managers on evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning experiences.

You have experience in graphic design; video editing or other multimedia skills are a plus.

You are familiar with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.

Familiarity with instructional design tools and technologies

Ability to support training and staff development to enhance technology performance

Design and develop innovative learning experiences that enable job success for Customer Care.

Experience designing learning content for call center enablement a plus

Exceptional learning content creation skills with a history of success driving measurable results from modern, innovative, and interactive learning solutions.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deliverables, and competing priorities with a proven record of success.

Evaluate and communicate the impact of learning solutions using Kirkpatrick’s four levels.
