Full Time Lead Dispatcher - O'Hare International Airport (ORD) - Chicago, IL

Pull assignments or work orders from computer, as needed.

Work with Passenger Assistance Agents (PAA’s) to ensure all requests for services are met.

Do all reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Must be familiar with all FAA/ TSA/Airline/Company regulations.

Handle customer concerns efficiently & effectively, sharing feedback with Store Management team as needed

Creatively support upkeep of store lay-out & visual merchandising, inventory management & other store operations as needed.

Document airport operational activities manually and electronically, for both emergency and routine activities;

Perform building inspections to insure safety, security, cleanliness, and appropriate levels of operational standards;

Coordinate maintenance information and requests from airport tenants;

Make fast, accurate decisions which affect other public safety services and citizens;

Act as the central coordination and communications center during airfield emergencies;
