Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team.

Demonstrate and manage the implementation of various programming and curriculum elements.

Complete trainings throughLearnUpon as required by the Program Director and/or HQ Training and Certification team.

Learn and manage KidStrong Camps held by centers when local schools are not operating (example: Winter Break, Summer Break)

Athletic or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old

Communication (oral, written and listening), project management, analytic, organization, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, communication, problem-solving, planning and technical skills.

Advanced scrum master certification or elevated certification OR Extensive experience with SAFe and PI Planning

Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Team Building, etc

Knowledge of other Agile approaches, such as Kanban and hybrid approaches.

Knowledge of Healthcare industry and understanding all major workflows associated with the healthcare claim processing is beneficial.

Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects including continuous evaluation and re-ordering of priorities as business needs dictate.

Project management skills within a matrix environment

Coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities in Agile methodologies, including the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Help teams develop effective communication and collaboration skills and ensure that team members are engaged in the Agile process

Knowledgeable about agile metrics and goals

5+ years of experience in Agile methodology with a background in Agile coaching and mentoring. CPG experience is a plus

Experience with JIRA and Confluence is preferred

Work with Procurement, Finance and PMO group to modify and tailor the policies and methodologies for Agile implementations

Work with Portfolio Managers in identifying initiatives that could be delivered using Agile framework

Work with Application Managers in developing and implementing Agile for Operations and Maintenance, DevOps.

Should have extensive experience in transforming large organization in to Agile

Experience implementing various Agile frameworks Scrum of Scrums, Nexus, SAFE, Kanban, DevOps etc.

Extensive experience in converting organization from Waterfall to Agile

Experience with system requirements, development, test, release management, and project scheduling- Experience with software development, integration, and maintenance

Facilitates classroom/workshop training for professional levels through management of Agile frameworks, competencies, and frameworks.

Current Scrum Master certification(s) and experience developing and executing Agile projects.

Proactively collaborates and communicates with internal/external stakeholders to address Agile knowledge gaps to support Agile effectiveness

Cultivates the capabilities of each team member in their specific roles and enable them to deliver customer value rapidly.

Former experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner

Instruct clients on appropriate social and work-related skills.

Communicate with the clients about the work site job duties while on the job.

Communicate openly with Employment Specialist regarding client performance, behavior and other concerns. Complete performance charts and documentation requirements as requested.

Requires Associate degree, or High School Diploma/GED and 6 months experience.

Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management

Develop Agile Transformation roadmap and manage the Transformation backlog

Collaborate with business to identify and train Product Owners & Product Managers

5+ years of hands-on experience as an Agile Coach working directly with multiple Scrum or product teams.

Develop and deliver content for trainings and other communications on Agile and Lean topics

Facilitate Agile process knowledge to all team members at the outset of the project

Instruct managers on the basics of Agile tools, such as Scrum and Kanban

Coach managers to navigate their role in a dynamic environment through the cultural changes the project may be introducing

Extensive experience in Agile process.

Coach existing junior project managers/scrum masters to be the agile advocates.

Minimum of 8 years of experience as an enterprise agile coach

Experience in implementing Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
