Job Description

Title: Lead Agile Coach

Location: Charlotte, NC

Alternative Locations: Chandler, AZ, Minneapolis, MN, Des Moines, IA, Columbus, OH

Duration: 12 months

Summary:

Establish, lead, and guide Agile teams which embrace and exhibit the Agile mindset, practices and standards to deliver working software. Leverage and combine different industry standard scaling concepts to specific business problems that best supports scaled Agile values and principles.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in an diverse Agile environment.
  • Background in Financial Services or banking industry. (PREFERRED)
  • String understanding of DevOps. (PREFERRED)
  • Previous practitioner experience.
  • Previous experience working as a Product Manager or Product Engineer.
  • Have a background in executive engagement.
  • Be able to coach product and technology aspect of products.
  • Experience working from project to product.
  • Hands-on experience working within product transformation.
