Assists the Housekeeping Management team in processing regular uniforms, room and F&B linen inventories.

Assists the Housekeeping Management team in maintaining proper uniforms, room and F&B linen par stock

High School education or equivalent experiences.

Operates and maintains washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, presser and iron. Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager;

Knowledge of operating equipment in relation to the type of garments.

Examine all clothing, record defects and refer them to manager/supervisor.

Deliver Laundry and Clothing to guestrooms. Position requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a

flexible schedule. Respond promptly to requests from guests, Front Desk, or At Your Service requests. Monitor the

cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning. Complete all valet tickets properly to provide proper handling.

Coordinate all repairs to appropriate persons and pick-up for delivery when completed.

Education: College degree preferably in Hospitality

Experience: 3-5 years in luxury hotel, supervisory experience. Experience with computers.

Superior guest service and salesmanship skills

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Prepared by education, training or experience with regards to the age specific populations including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics preferred.

Ability to read and follow simple written instructions as would be acquired through completion of high school or equivalent.

Ability to read, write, understand, and effectively communicate in English with minimal mental application performing repetitive tasks and duties.

Ability to organize and complete tasks.

Ability to maintain working relationships with co-workers.

Provides assistance, pre, intra and post surgical procedure.

Candidates should have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.

Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills

Assist in folding the guest room linen and help guest requests when needed.

Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Must be detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
