Prepare offers and Letters of Intent (LOI).
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred major in GIS, Business, Engineering, Planning, Finance within the real estate or homebuilding discipline.
1-2 years of residential or commercial land acquisition experience preferred
Strong knowledge of GIS (Geospatial Information Systems) and or "Land-related" databases
Strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple deadlines and create functional systems for handling data
