Land Records Specialist Jobs in Missouri

Prepare, negotiate, manage, and review site control documents including purchase, option and lease agreements and easements, and memorandums.

Conduct regular site visits to prospective sites to meet with landowners and local community and evaluate site qualifications

Strong experience in site selection for large scale project development, preferably in community or utility scale solar and battery storage systems

Proven track record of success and highly motivated and experience working with internal and external land acquisition teams

Minimum of 4 - years experience in land acquisitions

Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills
