Labor Optimization Analyst Jobs

Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams

Develop and track crop budgets, crop forecasts, and monthly profit and loss reports to ensure effective financial management.

Bachelor’s in business administration, operations management, statistics, or a related field

3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale operations environment

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Analyze business operations, including crop accounting, harvest cost, financial analysis, and capital projects

Preferred minimum 1+ years experience in Deltek Costpoint People Module.

Preferred minimum 1+ years experience supporting Deltek Time and Expense.

Preferred experience processing timesheets and resolving issues in the Costpoint People domain.

Preferred working knowledge of Costpoint front-end applications screens, functions, and job processing.

Solid skills in MS Office (e.g., MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, & Quantitative Psychology, or Workforce Management

Industry experience preferred: Healthcare, Finance, Education, Retail, and/or Call Center

2+ years related experience in productivity & efficiency analysis

Must have expert knowledge in MS Office suite - specifically within Excel with Macros and

Supports in exploring data within one to two files to determine trends and relationships between variables

Lead the execution, monitoring and adaptations of various optimization strategies by deploying various internal and external resources.

Design and measure experiments quickly in an iterative fashion.

Ability to build testing frameworks, analyze raw data, and derive key insights in a dynamic work environment.

Work with UIUX team to ensure requirements translate to mockups and meet interaction and design requirements for clients

Analyze data to provide actionable product insights and define product capabilities and assessment of operational data required

Proactively identify gaps in the current product offering and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value

Demonstrate knowledge on scaled agile methodology to ensure alignment to standards for project delivery

Familiar with software development methodology, story, and requirements definition

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Partner with Distribution Center Managers to identify staffing requirements for facility activities (receiving, picking, packing)

Engaging as a strategic labor planning function to implement and track DC optimization projects (project management), and engage in change management

Align business needs (demand) with workforce requirements (supply) for today and tomorrow through flexible staffing plans

Review staffing plans with Managers to identify risks and opportunities

Supporting the development of a Labor Manage

3+ years of progressive staffing or operational planning and analysis experience within a fast paced business environments.

Demonstrated experience in Time & Labor for a multi-FEIN/multi-state employer, with a minimum employee population of 5K+.

Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

3+ years of experience in a range of analytics, data science, predictive modeling

3+ years experience solving business problems through analytics

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in Python or R

Depth of knowledge in Tableau/Alteryx

Utilize data and insights to make recommendations for improving labor efficiency and reducing costs
