Responsible for the oversight, development, and management of youth soccer ticketing initiatives to leverage and maintain revenue opportunities

Aid in match day experiences and responsibilities of the ticketing department

Bachelor’s degree in sport management, business, entrepreneurship, sales or a related field

Maintain full menu working knowledge of season tickets, mini plans, groups, and hospitality products to sell when applicable

4+ years sales experience, preferably in professional or collegiate sports

2+ years of experience with youth soccer organizations/clubs

Safely and professional manage youth soccer class assigned by Director of Youth Programming

Arrive on time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families

Maintain equipment and manage your team rosters

Strong time-management skills to ensure all goals of each class are met

Coaching Soccer requires basic knowledge of the game, rules and the ability to demonstrate and communicate proper skills and drills.

Head coaches will receive a credit (resident rate) after successful completion of season.

Part Time Coaches - Up to 29 hours per week 12-month

Knowledge and experience working with youth in child welfare, education, and/or youth development systems;

Build relationships and effectively engage a caseload of young people; provide ongoing social/emotional support as well as educational guidance;

Meet routinely and regularly with young people in the community, including at home, school, and other service provider locations;

Conduct school visits to build connection with educational providers, monitor youth progress, and provide advocacy as needed;

Regularly review transcripts, attendance material, individualized educational plans (IEPs), and other academic data to monitor youth’s progress;
