Job Description

SUMMARY:

The North Carolina Football Club (North Carolina FC and North Carolina Courage) is seeking a highly motivated, passionate and focused team member to generate tickets sales revenue. The experienced sport ticket sales representative (Youth Soccer Sales Senior Executive) is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing clients of North Carolina Football Club. This position will be tasked with helping to exceed the organization’s ticket sales revenue goals and dedicated to increasing the brand awareness of the North Carolina Football Club by coordinating group sales initiatives primarily through outreach to the youth soccer community.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborate with Director, Community to create and implement new revenue streams tied to strategic grassroots initiatives
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all client interactions in the Salesforce database
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all clients and prospects
  • Maintain full menu working knowledge of season tickets, mini plans, groups, and hospitality products to sell when applicable
  • Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in youth soccer space, and work to expand ticket revenue opportunities

  • Develop and sell ticket packages to clubs, leagues, tournament teams, camps, and other amateur soccer programming
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for the oversight, development, and management of youth soccer ticketing initiatives to leverage and maintain revenue opportunities
  • Be among the leaders of the ticket department in ticket sales revenue
  • Aid in match day experiences and responsibilities of the ticketing department

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience with youth soccer organizations/clubs
  • Outgoing, self-starter that can steadily pursue and close sales in a team environment
  • Superior attention to detail and customer service
  • Excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
  • 4+ years sales experience, preferably in professional or collegiate sports
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and intellectually curious
  • Knowledge and passion for soccer preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in sport management, business, entrepreneurship, sales or a related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
