Assistant Coach For Youth Premier Soccer

Assistant Coach Candidates!
Titans FC is one of the largest premier youth soccer clubs in Washington with over 100 teams across 7 locations. Titans FC's success comes down to its excellent coaching staff and a focus on player development through all of our age groups.

Growth opportunities beyond coaching roles include Program Leads, After School Program Directors, Location Directors, and more. In order to be considered for an Assistant Coach position with Titans FC, we are looking for the following:

• Excellent communication skills via email and phone
• Energetic coaches that will get the best out of Titans FC players
• Reliable coaches that are organized and punctual

Assistant Coach responsibilities include:

• Helping the Head Coach manage the session by focusing on the technical aspects of the game and reinforcing coaching points
• Showing up to practices 20 minutes early for set up and lesson planning with the Head Coach
• Helping with clean up at the end of the session
• Encouraging players on the field with positive reinforcement

Assistant Coaches Will Receive:

• Opportunities for open Head Coaching positions
• On the job training
• A monthly flat coaching fee per team based on experience (reviewed at the end of every season). Monthly fees per team range from $300-500
• Opportunities for additional pay through coaching coverage and training programs (paid by the session)
